Battle Report Studio is a small, free hobby project. This page explains what personal data it handles and what it does not.
Nothing is stored. You can build lists, set up a table and play a game without signing in; when you close the browser tab, it is gone. No account, no personal data, nothing saved on our side.
You sign in with Google or Discord. From that provider we receive and store:
We never see or store your password — that stays with Google or Discord.
You can delete your saved battle reports and army lists from inside the app at any time. To close your account and remove everything linked to it, email hello@battlereportstudio.com from the address you signed up with. Saved content is kept until you delete it.
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to see how many people visit and which parts of the app get used, so we know what to improve.
It runs only if you accept the cookie banner. If you reject it, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Guests and signed-in users are treated the same way here.
When enabled, it uses cookies and collects standard analytics data: the sections you open, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information, tied to a randomly generated identifier (not your name or email). This data is sent to Google and may be processed on servers outside the European Union, including in the United States. It is kept for 14 months. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or share it.
To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser — the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
